Speedol Blending Oil is a light colored oil with high washing ability in emulsion structure which is used to make the fibers cleaner & yarns brighter and to control dust and flying fibers.
Usage Area
Used in textile extruder (twister) machines.
Usage
The recommended emulsion ratio is 1/20 to 1/10. Oil is added to the water while blending.
Properties
- Dust and Flyaway Fiber Control:Using this oil, dust and flyaway fibers are taken under control.
- Tackiness Preventive:Prevents tackiness in wool and cotton.
- Brightness and Cleaning Gain:Makes fibers cleaner and yarns brighter.
- High Antistatic Property:Has antistatic properties; reduces static electric buildup.
- Easy Washability:Yarns can be easily washed and easily combed. Washability ratio is min. 99%.
