Speedol Brake DOT 5.1
Speedol Brake DOT 5.1
Speedol Brake DOT 5.1 is a mixture-based, high-performance brake fluid containing polyethylene glycol ether, additives and stabilizers, and their borates and amines.
Usage
Brake fluids play a particularly important role for the safety of the car by providing the main medium that transmits the vehicle's braking force.
Properties
- It provides a high boiling point by limiting the effect of water absorption, preventing dangerous "vapor lock" during braking.
- The low viscosity level at low temperatures ensures rapid response of the braking system in advanced ride control and stability (ABS, ASR, ESP, EBD, BAS, TCS) systems.
- It has suitable inhibitors to prevent corrosion of the brake system.
- It has high compatibility with elastomers
