Especially developed for electric erosion machine tools In addition to this, it can be used as solvent in the manufacture of drilling mud, in aluminum rolling industry, in the production of electro-erosion fluid, in lighting as lamp oil, in metal processing sector and it can be used as catalyst carrier in chlorinated paraffin production, too.

Usage

In electric-erosion tools, not any oil other than oil with these properties should not be used at the part of producing formed spark between workpiece and two cutting edges. When the workpiece and cutting edge are cooled by petroleum based oils containing gas oil, occurs combustion or explosion in case of emergence of spark gap due to pump failure. And experiences show that, this combustion/ explosion causes flaming the oil vapor that caused by heat. For this reason, if high flash point electric-erosion fluid is used, all kinds of safety are ensured and the efficiency is increased maximally.
