Usage

Speedol Rottweiler Thermal Stabilized Gear lubricants are recommended for all spiral gear and hypoid differentials, power splitters and oil-lubricated steering axle bearings.

Properties

• High Heat and Oxidation Durability: It does not thicken during processing. It does not rust and sediment and It makes high thermal and oxidation stability.
• Excellent Resistance Against High Press: Thanks to the high pressure feature protects the surface forming a thin film on the gear surface. Hypoid gear types and protects against corrosion and peeling. It has a 550 kg load resistance at Shell 4 Ball Abrasion Tester.
• Long Transmission Life and Long Maintenance Range: It provides long transmission life on hypoid, chuck gears and bearings and provides long maintenance interval due to its antioxidant properties.
• Superior Foam Stability: Protects the lubricating film at operating temperatures and prevents corrosion.
• Superior Film Layer Activity: It prevents corrosion by forming a film on the metal surface with the corrosion additive contained in it.
• Excellent Resistance to Rust and Corrosion: It provides superior protection at high temperatures and prevents wear and corrosion.
• Flow Characteristic at Low Temperature: It facilitates rudder movements with semi-synthetic structure due to flow is good even at low temperatures.
• Superior Protection at every Atmosphere Temperature: It provides protection at every atmosphere temperature and maintains working temperature in cold weather.
