SPD W 244 Heavy Duty Grease
With lithium soap structure surrounding the surfaces is a high resistance heavy duty grease with rust, oxidation, AW/EP additives and solid lubricants.
Usage
SPD W 244 Heavy Duty Grease is used in rolling bearings, sliding bearings, central lubrication systems and general industrial applications, exposed to low speed and impact pressures lubrication points, in water-resistant systems.
Properties
- Wide Application Area: It provides economy thereby decrease the grease variety for multi-purposes of vehicle fleets and factories.
- High Strength Against Water / Rust and Corrosion High Resistance Feature: It provides high resistance against rust and corrosion. It allows the system to remain new and resistant thanks to non-inclusive feature.
- Operating Performance at High Temperatures: Thanks to the dry lubricant even at temperatures exceeding 130 degrees Celsius, it provides protection against wear, even in the absence of grease.
- Performance with Minimal Friction Corrosion in Vibration Systems: Thanks to the high amount of solid lubricants in it, it provides resistance against vibration.
- Extra Protection and Anti-Wear Performance: Because it contains solid lubricants, it provides extra protection in vibratory and impact heavy bearings. Extra Load Carrying Performance: Thanks to high pressure additive EP contained in minimizes maintenance costs by reducing wear.
- Creating Buffer Oil Film: Creates buffer oil film in vibrating environments to prolong bearing life.
