Ship Launching Base Coat is applied onto a sled and is the bottom layer forming material which large tonnage ship for launching.
Application
Speedol Ship Launching Base Coat will be administered in the form of melted on the sled.
Usage
Ship launching base coat is used in sled launched ships in the shipyard.

Warnings and Recommendations
- Keep away materials covered with Base Coat and Slip Coat from places welding and the source of the fire.
- The product can be used several times (%50-%90 rate) taken out of the sled again dissolved after use. But, it should be noted that the effect of the product decreases with each use.
- Using protective equipment (glasses, gloves) during the application of the product is recommended.
-Care must be taken when pouring so that the Speedol Ship Launching Base Coat does not crack.
- The slipways should be well cleaned,
- It should not be boiled much, it should be melted and poured at an average of 70 °C,
- -It should not be applied in windy weather,
- It should not be applied on wet and damp surfaces.
**In cases where a special use is not required, after the product is fed between the slipways (after the ground is filled), an average of 2 cm height is laid and the surface of the Speedol Ship Launching Base Coat is smoothed and hardened. The amount of Speedol Ship Launching Base Coat to be applied to achieve this height after feeding is approximately per m2. It weighs between 18 and 20 kg.
