SpeedCut Fluid SB5016
This is a semi-synthetic coolant composed of a mixture of EP/AW additives, lubricants, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, and defoamers that prevents staining and rust formation in steel, cast iron, and aluminum processing.
Usage
The optimum concentration for the process should be determined application specifically between 4-8%. Preparation of the emulsion should be carried out by adding water mixed in the tank.
Features
- Miscible with water in any proportion, it maintains excellent emulsion stability. It can be used at medium and heavy speeds.
- Thanks to its excellent lubrication feature, it minimizes wear and friction by creating a film layer on the cutting edges and the surface of the workpiece. Protects systems against excessive pressure.
- Thanks to its highly effective washing ability, it ensures that the chips are washed and removed from the environment.
- Its highly effective fungicides and bactericides prevent product spoilage and bad odor formation and prolong its service life.
- It does not form residue in water hardness of 5-50°dH and provides a long service life.
